2. Refunds
Refunds will be considered only in the following cases:
If a payment was made by mistake (duplicate transaction, wrong amount).
If the service purchased was not delivered as promised.
If there is a valid technical error or processing issue during payment.
Refund requests must be raised within 7 days from the date of payment.
Approved refunds will be processed/Credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
3. Non-Refundable Services
Fees paid for services that have already been delivered, partially or fully, are non-refundable.
Consultation calls, strategy sessions, and personalized campaign work are non-refundable once scheduled or executed.
4. Cancellations
Service subscriptions or packages may be canceled by sending a written request to hello@marketerankit.com before the renewal date.
If canceled after the renewal date, the current billing cycle will continue, and cancellation will apply from the next cycle.
